I guess I was overzealous is creating so many teams (sixteen), do we need them all?

Removed three (3) projects: CPDN Seasonal Attribution Project, LHC @ home, and Xtremlab.

I find it amusing that there is still unanamous support for SETI@home even with all of its problems.

BBC Climate Change Experiment and climateprediction.net can be removed, since I'm the only one who voted for them but I figured others would too, but if they don't wish to keep them, I'm for removing them.

My guess is anything that only has one participant could be cut... not much point in having a 'team' for that... other than the fact that the credit goes towards our global combined BOINC total as a team...

Other than that - It really dosnt hurt to have a lot of projects available for people to pick from...
