I am going to be moving into my own place in a month and I was just wondering how much extra electricity this is taking running at 100% CPU all the time. I assume it can't be too much, but I wonder if anyone has noticed an increase in electricy usage with it.
Thanks!

0.495kw consumption on six computers--It's normal to consider a computer a 100 watt light bulb for usage cost comparison. @0.10/kwh it's just over $7/mo, so $10/mo is a fair estimate, but only if you never ran programs like BearShare which used your computer 24x7--then the 'extra' cost for 15% cpu vs 100% cpu is significantly less.
Other considerations include A/C--that can add up--at 1,000btu per computer (100watts).

Our total monthly power bill is like $75 with 3-5 computers on 24-7, plus 3 window unit AC units, pump for our well (yes, we have well water) and tons of power hogging goodies such as an electric stove :)
