I need a new Isp
I am presently using NTLworld but that has to change,
I am sick and tired of the so called Bandwidth caps so my new ISP has to have unlimited Monthly Usage, at the moment I have reduced my connection to a 1 meg connection and this has a 2gig a month limit,
with only a 128k upload,
Sharing is an important part of my internet usage so i would like as high an upload limit as possible, I do have an NTL phone line but For the right package I will swop to a bt line
Please bear in mind I am a UK user
Any suggestions,

Which ISP do you use and why?

I may be wrong about this, but I see that your traffic routes to World Online Ltd. through Tiscali International Network B.V. So, maybe your ISP World Online gets it's backbone through Tiscalli, who is really doing the pinching of your bandwidth.

I don't know the ISPs in your area, sorry. But let me suggest that you call World Online and ask them if they get their service through Tiscali. If they do, you may want to make sure your new ISP doesn't depend on the Tiscal network.

Hope that's of some help, cyber.

heh. no problem. If you want, PM me your home IP and when you get home later and do a post, I'll use VisualRoute to get your trace route there.
