Once again I must point out that this is in an Islamic country, where the
punishment may run well out of proportion to the offense. How do we know
that the parents won't overreact, or that the local religious zealots find out
and start doing ridiculous things?
Far better for big bro to assert some sibling authority over little bro and let it
end there. At least he could be trusted not to make a bigger mess out of it.
If little bro is hiding porn it is most likely in areas of the disk under his user
name, so if you delete then recreate the account the files will be gone and big
bro will never have had to soil his hands with actually handling the offending
materials. If the files were elsewhere that will quickly become obvious by the
fact that not much disk space was freed, but it is quite likely in that case that
the encryption software or it's keys were deleted anyway, making the porn
useless and possibly revealing it's location at the same time.
If the little brat wants to escalate the matter, big bro can always
threaten to
take it up with Daddy or the local cut-your-hand-off religious council.
Just ask yourself why he hasn't done that yet.
Because it's his brother, that's why.
